TAILORED EXPERIENCE POLICIES

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

To request a tailored photography experience, you must complete the booking form on our website.

After reviewing your request, we will confirm the availability of your selected model(s), location(s), and proposed dates.

Once all details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the scheduled experience.

2. TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION

Airport or train station pick-up, as well as transportation between accommodation and shooting locations, is included where specified in the selected package.

All other travel expenses (such as airfare or additional private transportation) are the responsibility of the client.

3. ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is included where specified in the selected package.

If the client chooses to arrange their own accommodation, this must be communicated in advance and does not affect the package price unless agreed otherwise.

4. WHAT IS INCLUDED

Each tailored experience is organised as a complete photography production.

The price typically includes:

  • selected shooting locations
  • model fees (based on selected models and agreed duration)
  • production and organisation
  • transportation between locations (where applicable)
  • meals during shooting hours (as specified in the package)
  • accommodation (where included)

The price does not include:

  • international travel to/from the Czech Republic
  • optional services or upgrades not included in the agreed package
  • additional costs related to international models (such as accommodation and travel contribution), if applicable

5. AVAILABILITY & CHANGES

All bookings are subject to the availability of selected models and locations.

In the event that a selected model or location becomes unavailable, we will offer suitable alternatives of comparable style and quality.

We reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to the schedule or production in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, location restrictions, or model availability).

6. LIABILITY

We assume no liability for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising during the course of the experience or in transit.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit and remaining balance are non-refundable.

In case you are unable to attend, you may request a rescheduling of your experience. Approval of rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.
