WORKSHOP POLICIES

1. WORKSHOP REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

Workshop registration is confirmed upon receipt of a completed application form and a deposit of 50% of the workshop fee.

The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the start of the workshop.

2. TRAVEL EXPENSES

The only transportation expenses covered and arranged by us are transfers between the hotel and the shooting locations during the workshop days. Participants are responsible for all other travel expenses, including airfare, airport transfers, taxis, and any other transportation costs.

Exception: For the Andalusian Paradise Retreat, airport shuttle transfers to and from the villa are included and arranged by us.

3. ACCOMMODATION

We always recommend our participants the most convenient accommodation. In case the accomodation is not included in the price of the particular workshop, payment has to be covered by participants themselves and paid directly to the hotel.

4. OTHER EXPENSES

The price of workshop INCLUDES:

  • Food and beverages during workshop hours (and, in some cases, breakfast and/or dinner, if specified for the particular workshop)
  • Access to shooting locations
  • Transportation between the hotel and shooting locations
  • Fees for models, organizers and eventually other crew members (MUA, stylist, assistant, etc.).
  • In some cases, accommodation, lighting equipment, and airport shuttle transfers, if specified for the particular workshop

 

The price of the workshop DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Private model booking fees
  • Travel expenses (as described in Section 2).

5. NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Maximum number of participants on our workshops is 4-6.
Each workshop must meet a minimum number of participants to cover expenses. If the workshop cannot be realized because there are not enough attendees, we will refund the money we received.

6. LIABILITY POLICY

We assume no liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, delay, mishap, or damage to persons or property arising from any cause during the course of the workshop or in transit. We reserve the right to change any aspect of the workshop due to exceptional circumstances. By registering & participating in our workshops you acknowledge that you have read the information concerning responsibility.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Your deposit and remainder payment are non-refundable (only exception is mentioned in Policy no.5). You are always free to find some other photographer to fill your seat (to represent you) in case you can´t participate.
