„It’s been a life-changer for me to discover the incredible model photography community thanks to my wife Nikola, whom we’ve built her art nude modeling career together from the ground up, already 15 years ago. Along the way I’ve had the great pleasure to watch and learn from seasoned pros such as Dan Hostettler and Reto Heiz who are „household names“ to Ivana’s events.
As a photographer&model duo with my wife we made it our full-time jobs right from the start, traveled for photography to Australia, SE Asia, throughout the US, and of course covered most of Europe – being Prague born and raised, it came as a next logical step to build our own photo studio here, a base for our work, a safe space for models and photographers, a versatile photo location for available-light shooters as well as strobists. That’s how PragueBoudoir.com came to life and we’ve learned countless invaluable lessons ever since, from the hundreds of shoots and photographers we’ve coached and mentored, from hundreds of model shoots we’ve done all in-house and full-service (booking, planning, styling, lighting, editing and everything in between), working for various glamour websites, printing our annual calendars or assisting on events like these workshops by Ivana.
As a computer science guy, I often missed working with people in my previous career, and collaborating now with international talent on a daily basis, most often involving tasteful nudity, being able to get immediate feedback and develop and grow quickly – that’s what I find most rewarding and it drives my passion to be part of your photography journey as well, pass on anything and everything I’ve learned, inspire and be inspired. Always with a model-first approach, I’m here to assist and help you get the most of the unique combination of model talent and beauty, stunning location for both indoors as well as outdoors, and the perfect organization. I shoot Sony mirrorless, but am no fanboy and consider it a tool like any other. I light with Godox whenever Mother Nature isn’t the better option. I’m happy to get technical but can also just go with the flow. I have no awards to show for but the number of repeat bookings and return clients and models.
