1. WORKSHOP PAYMENT

To register for a workshop, you must fill in an application (related to the particular workshop) and submit a deposit 50% of the price of the workshop. Rest of the payment has to be proceeded no later than 8 weeks before the workshop.

2. TRAVEL EXPENSES

Only travel expenses that are paid and arranged from our side are transportations between hotel and shooting locations during the workshop days. For all other travel expenses (such as airfare, taxi from the airport to the hotel etc.) participants are responsible by themselves.

3. ACCOMMODATION

We always recommend our participants the most convenient accommodation. The payment for the accommodation has to be covered by participants themselves and paid directly to the hotel (except VIP events and The Autumn Dream WS).

4. OTHER EXPENSES

Price of workshop INCLUDES: food & drinks during the workshop hours, shooting locations, transportation between a hotel and shooting locations, light equipment, fees for models, organizers and eventually other members of the crew (MUA, stylist, assistant, etc.)
Price of the workshop DOES NOT INCLUDE: accommodation (except VIP events and The Autumn Dream WS), food & drinks aside from the workshop hours (except VIP events), private booking model fees and travel expenses (as mentioned at point 2).

5. NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Maximum number of participants on our workshops is 6 (in some cases only 4).
Each workshop must meet a minimum number of participants to cover expenses. If the workshop cannot be realized because there are not enough attendees, we will refund the money we received.

6. LIABILITY POLICY

We assume no liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, delay, mishap, or damage to persons or property arising from any cause during the course of the workshop or in transit thereto. We reserve the right to change any aspect of the workshop due to exceptional circumstances. By participating in our workshops you acknowledge that you have read the information concerning responsibility.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Your deposit and remainder payment are non-refundable (only 2 exceptions are: Policy no.5 and Cancellation related to pandemic – see below ). You are always free to find some other photographer to fill your seat (to represent you) in case you can´t participate.

CANCELLATION RELATED TO PANDEMIC

Scenario no. 1:

Government of country, where the workshop takes place, decides that people arriving from certain countries are not allowed to enter.
Depending on how many participants will be affected. – We will try to save the workshop and start looking for new participants (replacement) immediately.

Participants who are affected have 2 options to choose from:

A) We transfer the payment to one of the next workshops where same instructor is mentioned. No loss there. The payment will sit safely with us.

B) We send a full refund minus costs we already paid (location deposit, transfer/exchange fees, administrative costs…). In total we refund at least 80% – 90%.

In case too many participants (or organizers) are affected. – We will postpone the workshop to the new date.

Scenario no. 2:

Government of country where the participant comes from decides that it is not wise to travel to the country where workshop takes place. However, the participant is allowed to enter this country.

A) We can help to find a replacement and if we do so we can refund the original participant. However, it’s not our obligation because we can’t take responsibility for foreign government’s decisions.

B) If no replacement is found, we can´t refund the participant, unfortunately.
